Repost: Virtual Y Migration to YMCA360 by Tom ScarboroughMigrate from Virtual Y to YMCA360 by December 31, 2024Greetings from YMCA's Digital Services!This is a reminder to all YMCAs that have subscribed to YMCA's Virtual Experience Platform (or simply "Virtual Y") that this product will be sunset on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. For YMCAs that are hosting your Virtual Y website through YMCA of the USA on YMCA's Cloud Hosting Service, these websites will be decommissioned on that day. For YMCAs that host their Virtual Y outside of YMCA of the USA, you can continue to use Virtual Y after December 31, 2024, but there will be no code updates available after that date.YMCA of the USA has partnered with YMCA360, and we actively promote YMCA360's Web and Mobile digital offerings as an excellent replacement for Virtual Y. As Tom Gardner said in his July 13, 2023 post: "As YMCA360 evolves, it is positioned to be a great platform for mission-oriented storytelling. Y-USA recognizes Wichita YMCA’s accomplishments and is working directly with the YMCA360 team to help further develop their platform.
