Through a highly collaborative culture, Partnership Academy educators work together on a grade level team that includes two classroom teachers, one intervention teacher, and other educators and support staff as needed. Partnership Academy educators work together to impact students’ academic, linguistic, social, and emotional growth both inside and outside the classroom.Through weekly professional development sessions, formal and informal observations, and frequent feedback, Partnership Academy teachers are encouraged and motivated to constantly push themselves to perform at the highest standards.
