Her primary aim in the Advanced Nurturing School is to make friends with everyone in the school, but her ulterior motive for doing this is so that she can acquire everyone’s secret, something big enough to destroy them and the people around them. This two-faced character is trouble, but only a few students are aware of her real personality.

Right from the very first episode, Kushida made it her goal to be friends with everyone known to her classmates. Her bubbly personality fits her goals, and she is quick to become friends with almost everyone in Class D and even goes on to other classes to make friends.
At first, fans saw nothing wrong with her goal because it seemed pretty harmless. But this harmless goal will soon turn out to be the most devious plan in action. There are a few obstacles on the way, like Suzune, Ayanokoji, and Ryuen, but she is ready to do whatever it takes to get Suzune and Ayanokoji out of her way, preferably through expulsion.

Kushida tells Ayanokoji as she places his hands on her breasts. Ayanokoji follows Kushida to return her phone, but he sees Kushida’s outburst about Suzune and is shocked by her change in persona and voice. Her sweet voice changes to a mean one while she curses Suzune out for not wanting to be her friend. She notices that Ayanokoji has seen her outburst and does not bother to change back; instead, she threatens him.
She is quick to think of a threat on the spot and tailors incriminating evidence against him to make sure he keeps quiet. If Ayanokoji should ever expose her secret, Kushida plans to tell the whole school that Ayanokoji tried to rape her, and his fingerprints on her uniform are enough proof to back her false accusations.

After finding out about her other personality, Ayanokoji begins to distance himself from Kushida, and she is not blind to not having noticed it. During the cruise, Ayanokoji accidentally comes across Kushida and is quick to tell her goodnight and end the conversation.

Kushida is not a team player, as she has stabbed her classmates in the back over and over again because of her selfish goal of getting rid of Suzune. Kushida has explicitly expressed her hate for Suzune and will not stop until she gets her out of the Advanced Nurturing School.

Kushida hides her real personality from everyone, and the reason she wants Suzune expelled from the school is because she attended the same middle school as Suzune, which means that Suzune must be aware of the incident that happened between her and her classmates.
In this new school, Kushida does not want to risk her secret being exposed, which is why she wants Suzune, and even Ayanokoji, gone, because she believes that Suzne must have told Ayanokoji about her past. The irony of this is that Suzune has no idea of what Kushida did in middle school. She only heard rumors, and she does not care, but Kushida does not believe her and still wants her out as a preventive measure.

She might put on a bubbly mask for everyone, but people who know Kushida for who she truly is know that she is far from being dumb or stupid.
